Alex, bonus points for picking upsets are restricted to the first and second round games. From the third round on, its straight up scoring for wins. Third round games get 4 points. Points in next rounds, in order, are 8,12,16.

The thing i'm sort of confused with the scoring is how I chose Tenessee (6th seed) to get to the elite 8 by beating Ohio State (which happened) and chose Kentucky (1st seed) making it to the elite 8..but I only got 4 points for each one..even though Tennesse's win was an upset. Just curious.

Umm, Connolly already dropped to number 4.  My scoring scheme makes this tournament so much fun (other than being the leader wire-to-wire) because it aint over until the fat lady sings. 

I predict Tom Brennan moves from 24th to second place before the tourney is over.  Casey maintains the lead all teh way to the end and Connolly drops to number 4. 

Syracuse played to lose. Nough said...except congratulations to Lisa Wilkening (Commish's sister) who confidently picked Butler on bother her brackets,,,and to Todd Marks, who I think made a lucky guess.

Bill - the fact that most of our brackets are now busted, and the next top go with highr seeded teams does make it appear it is over. Sure could do with Ga Tech & Missouri winning tommorrow.

Casey, Nice upset pick with Washington.  Does that put you out of range (99pts) even though 2 of your divisions are closed out and you dont have a winner?

Bracket Busdter - this is the worst year for favorites.  Nova goes down to St Marys to continue the surprises.
